Do you have a retail store?
We do not have a physical store. You can easily order online by filling up our contact form, order on our shop or give us a call at 514-554-3473 to place your order. If you prefer, shoot us an email. We offer free consultations too! We’re here to make your celebration extra special!
Do I have to make a reservation for my balloon order?
Certainly! Please note that to validate your reservation, payment of 50% of the total invoice amount is required at the time of booking. The balance must be paid no later than 7 days before the event. This guarantees final confirmation of the order and its preparation for your event.
Do you have Balloon care tips?
To keep your balloons looking good, do not leave them in your car. Take them out right after you turn off the engine. Keep them away from heat or freezing cold. Pick up or have your balloons delivered the day before or on the same day as your event for the best results. We try our best, but we can’t promise exactly how long they’ll last.
What is your reservation policy?
If you wish to cancel your booking, we kindly request that you notify us at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled event date. Cancellation requests can be made by contacting our customer service team at 514.554.3473 or by e-mail info@ballonsluxe.com.
